It is undoubtedly a hip new option when you are in Ubud. Set so close to shops, the center, the market and restuarnts in the very very nice area.

Regarding price, think its good value for Ubud. Victorian hotel with exceptional views as a bonus. The location is optimal, a 10-minute walk from a bus station.

There's mould in some areas.
